Global textile business back in Frankfurt: Techtextil, Texprocess and Heimtextil Summer Special close with strong international presence and high visitor satisfaction
With a total of 117 participating nations, around 63,000 visitors and 2300 exhibitors, a brilliant re-launch of the international textile fairs at the Frankfurt exhibition center was achieved. Across all three events - Techtextil, Texprocess and the one-time Heimtextil Summer Special - Italy, France, Turkey, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Portugal, Pakistan and the USA formed the top visitor nations. On all three business platforms, in addition to brisk order activity and high visitor quality and satisfaction, the concentrated positive energy of personal global encounters was particularly noticeable.

VETRON TYPICAL
VETRON TYPICAL Europe GmbH would like to thank all visitors for the great interest in VETRON TYPICAL and its innovative products. Once again, VETRON TYPICAL showed itself as an innovation leader and won the TEXPROCESS Innovation Award 2022 in the category "new technology". Here, VETRON TYPICAL showed a world first in the automated processing of cold adhesive tapes.
The counterpart for automation is the new VETRON 5374-21/45, a machine with the combination for processing with cold adhesive tapes or hot air application. The 5374-21/45 can be changed over to the desired application method within 15 minutes.
Furthermore, the new 4000 "Classic Series" was presented as 1-needle and 2-needle version and got best feedback. A robust design, high seam quality as well as smooth running due to die-cast arm and head cover characterise this machine with classic equipment. The machine was equipped with 2 stitch lengths and top feed stroke adjustment options and is operated with an integrated touch panel.
Another highlight, besides the new Poka Yoke functions as standard options of the 5000 series, is the VETRON TOUCH 4.0 control panel, which is specially designed to simplify operation / management for the operator and technician.
The overview of the application is well thought out and simplified, supporting the user with important functions and displays. The technician is guided through a menu during maintenance and repair work.
A world first is the Seam Designer, which makes it easy to create seam programmes and display them in a 2D graphic. The optional Poka Yoke functions can be easily integrated, and here too the user is guided by the display to act in a process-safe manner. The new VETRON TOUCH 4.0 continues to be the interface for the V_SION system. Machine data and V_SION displays can be shown on only one screen when used simultaneously.
Automated plants with robot systems in the automotive sector as well as in the carbon processing sector show the growth and the increasing demand for automation solutions from VETRON TYPICAL.
